We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a fairly quiet area, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. The service here is exceptional, as the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They offered services like dry cleaning, bicycle hire, laundry, and even a wake-up service to ensure our comfort and convenience. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

The hotel staff was not friendly or helpful at all, they seemed annoyed and uninterested in providing a good service. The room was not properly cleaned, there were dust and stains on the furniture and the bathroom was smelly.

We had a fantastic Xmas stay thanks to the beautiful surroundings and the pool area, which was clean and enjoyable. the breakfast was also a highlight with plenty of fresh options to choose from. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and was easily accessible by car.

We loved the breakfast buffet with a good choice of vegetarian/vegan options. The hotel facilities, especially the clean and spacious bathroom with a heated floor and towel rail was a pleasant surprise. The parking was convenient and free. The location close to the highway wasn't noisy and perfect for an overnight stay while travelling.
